like a worn out shoe
well, i did it. i handed in my notice at work. got a good offer for something very exciting that is going to take me (very possibly) everywhere.
it's time to catch the wave again and get on with my life.
boss was quite shocked, asked if i would stay to train my replacement. i made no promises.
and i gotta say, it feels fucking bloody good. i was tired of all the shit, the pressure and having to cop for everything that went wrong that wasn't within my control to prevent. it's not revenge, but it sure is 'living well'. i got told by several staff members who found out that everyone is scrambling and panicking. oh, i don't think i am irreplacable, but i know this is going to throw the place into the shit-flciking fan for a while.
and i couldn't ask for more...
